The CMI Level 3 Coaching & Mentoring (QCF) is designed for supervisors and first line managers, to support the development, coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams and achieve objectives.

This range of qualifications can be studied online by distance learning. All learning content, resources, assignment materials and guidance are all accessible from our Learning Management System (LMS). Our LMS also provides access to our tutors and enables you to network with other learners.
