How does the scheme work?

As the Education Provider we will meet with the employee and the employer to discuss suitability and check funding requirements. If we are happy to proceed we provide an induction to the programme. After that we will work the way which best suits the needs of the employee and the organisation. This could be delivered in the workplace, at our own training premises or online.

Where does it take place?

If there are a few people in the workplace the tutor will come to visit you at least once a month and provide support on how to achieve the qualification. Alternatively, learners can attend a workshop once a month at our training premises. For learners who live at a distant or whose work or personal commitments make it difficult to meet it can be achieved online with tutor support.

When does it start?

We operate a rolling programme which means learners can add on at anytime. We have a limited number of places however so it is important to reserve a place as soon as possible.
